Northrend – (March 12, 2010) – In what appears to be an unstoppable march through Icecrown Citadel, the Contemporary Heroes added three new kills to the list of dead bosses in the instance this week.

On Monday, March 8, Rotface fell to a small recon force (10 player) with the sole intent of destroying the young abomination.

Three days later, on March 11, a larger force (25 player) stormed into the citadel and steamrolled (one shots) through two previously undefeated encounters – Lady Deathwhisper and the Horde Gunship. Deathbringer Saurfang could only look on in horror, knowing his fate will soon be the same.

“These wins were about attitude and persistence,” Firestaryvfd, CH guildmaster explained. “Despite struggling on some of these fights in past weeks, our raiders stuck it out and showed these bosses why we are called Heroes. Just as important, spirits remained high and people had fun.”

As with all kills, guild leadership was quick to point out that these were wins for the entire guild, not just a small group of progression players.

“When I saw Lady Deathwhisper die last night, it really felt like a full guild effort,” Blaeys, assistant GM, said. “We could not have done it so easily if not for the many strategy tweaks by teams from the past few weeks. Additionally, everyone supporting the R1 through R6 raids helped us build the progression teams we have now. That program continues to give us some of the strongest raiders in the game.”
